Extremely low-budget game

This was a one-time-only game for me, I gave up on it after one session of playing it. It is extremely low-budget. What caused me to give up on it was just to play a simple game, there are 10 different cues on screen and it's annoying and frustrating and you can't turn them off. For example, instead of just letting you play with a natural flow (Othello for example) it will say Your Turn, Opponents Turn etc. and then there is a delay each and every time after every move. The worst one that I played was Sudoku and I love Sudoku, but again with the completely unnecessary prompts and you can't just put a number in the box and move on. You put the number in and it brings up another screen where you have to hit okay. It is so time-consuming and against the purpose of playing (to relax and have fun). I don't know what game these 5 star reviewers were playing, but I was at the other end of the spectrum for my feelings on it.

SOME GOOD GAMES

I enjoyed playing Pool, Battlefield, Black Jack, Paddle, De-code, Go, Solitaire (Klondike), Chess and Tic-Tac-Toe.

The Sudoku does not have an option to pencil-in candidates so I only play it on the easy level.

Table Hockey can get very fast. You need very good reflexes to win.

In the game Shapes the goal is to form a given figure with geometric blocks of different sizes. It is a little tricky.

The bonus games are short and fast paced. I enjoyed Crown Fall, Tri-Match (similar to Bejeweled), Beanstalk, and Hunt Heart. Code Winder was extremely hard.

There are many other games I still have not tested. But just for the good ones I liked, I believe this collection was worth the purchase.

Very fun

Very fun for the most part. Some games are boring and not very easy to play, but for the most part an excellent value.

Great Value! Great Games!

The games included on this collection are a good variety so if you tire of one (maybe pool) you can switch to something completely different (chess, anyone?). Also included is Sudoku- a personal favorite. What I like about this particular Sudoku is that you have the option of either writing the number or using the stylus to select the digit on the screen. I've played other games where you are forced to write the number and it sometimes takes a few tries for the game to recognize what number you want. As the other reviews have stated, this is truly a great choice if you're looking for a lot of games without spending a lot of money. I definitely recommend it.
